The owner/founder of CHLC, Tanishia Santana MSW LCSW CCTP is a licensed clinical social worker by trade, specializing in mental health and wellness, sexual health,  stress management and business development. She served active duty in the United States Army for a total of eight years. Tanishia obtained her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Southern California. During that time she provided therapeutic services to individuals enduring hardships and crisis. Tanishia' s  experience with executive coaching flourished through program development with non-profit and government agencies.

As a professionally trained life and wellness coach, Tanishia utilizes her expertise in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapies, and vocational rehabilitation to assist individuals to strategically map out their academic, health and wellness, life goals, and desires. She has the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. Tanishia has a gift in coaching and development that leaves each client filled with a sense of hope and optimism at the end of each session. She takes pride in facilitating the utmost level of care for her clients.
