5. No Medical Misinformation

  • Advertisements must not contain false health claims or mislead users about treatments.
  • Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their claims comply with medical and legal guidelines.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Advertising fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been launched.
  • If an ad is removed due to policy violations, no refund will be issued.

7. Ad Placement & Duration

  • The placement and duration of advertisements will be determined based on the selected package.
  • We offer various ad spaces, including banner ads, sponsored content, and product listings.

8. Right to Refuse

  • Panaceayur reserves the right to decline or remove any advertisement that does not align with our brand values or ethical standards.
  • Any attempt to manipulate our advertising policies will result in a permanent ban from our platform.
